Delivery 

We deliver our handcrafted soaps across the UK. For orders outside the UK, or for queries on International deliveries, please contact us for more information.

All orders will be processed and hand-packed within 24 hours, on receipt of payment.

The details:

•    All orders will be posted via Royal Mail.
•    Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class costs £3.70 (3-4 working days).
•    Delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class costs £4.50 (1-2 working days).
•    Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be posted the following Monday.

Should a fragrance be out of stock whilst we handcraft a new batch of soaps, or if there is a delay to your delivery for any reason, we will notify you immediately.

Once your order is placed, founder Claire can be found carefully packing your products in the Bella Capella workshop, whilst listening to Carly Simon, Abba, The Undertones or Blondie!

If something isn’t right

We are certain that you will be happy with your Bella Capella products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are really sorry to hear that and will of course endeavour to quickly resolve any issue.

Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes - simply email bellacapella0@gmail.com

  • If for some reason you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. 

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue a refund for used or opened products, therefore for a refund or exchange, simply return the item to us in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you.

Please note:

  1. Products will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

  2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are agreed to be faulty and a refund is made.


Gifting

We love seeing our soaps being given as gifts, but if you have received Bella Capella products as a gift and you are not 100% satisfied, we will happily issue an exchange.


Allergic Reactions Policy

Everyone’s skin is different, and as with all skincare products, reactions are possible. Whilst we hope you have the very best experience with our handcrafted goats milk soaps, we are not responsible for any reaction that may occur. 

We suggest always doing a patch test first, and wait 24 hours. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. We have carefully listed all ingredients on our product pages, so please do make sure to read these carefully if you have known allergies.
